Great morning with the crew…not sure why Hooper doesn’t show up in the list but glad he made it. Brought the Concept 2 rowing machine for some fun today.Warm up15 SSH10 Dippy Birds each leg5 each arm rotator circles15 cotton Pickers15 Mountain Climbers10 MerkinsMosey to the back, get a block and WALK back to parking lot with block overhead.Round 1Row 500m at a time, trading off until we get to 5000m. Goal was to break 22 min and we can in at 21:42. Transitions have to be fast and each person has to pull hard. It’s about 2 min to pull 500m so while one person rows we had a series of stations.- Anvil deadlifts- Bear crawls- 20# smash ball throws- Block curls- skull crushersRound 2 same thing except due to time only 1 turn on the rower each. Lactic acid built up faster that round! You can hit a wall real quick on a rower.Finisher is to circle up in planks and listen to “Like a River” from Bishop Briggs. Every time she sings those words you do a push up. If you can make it through the whole song doing every push up and holding plank, you’ve accomplished something!!
