The Foundry 

 

Waiting on everyone to arrive, let each person throw a tennis ball for Roxie to retrieve. 

 

Warmup

 

Partner up. Each group receives a tennis ball.  If Roxie gets your group’s ball, you have 5 burpees. 

 

Mosey to back of the parking lot zig zagging- high knees, butt kickers & karaoke. 

 

I few burpees occurred on the mosey thanks to Roxie. 

 

15 SSH

12 Toy Soldiers 

10 windmills 

10 carrot pullers 

5 burpees 

 

Grab a block per group 

 

Thang:

 

In a line facing downhill one partner will throw the tennis ball. The other partner runs to get it and run back.  Again, if Roxie retrieves your ball, your group has 5 burpees right then. 

 

While one partner is retrieving the other is doing an exercise.  Then flap jack. 

 

  1. Curls
  2. Skull crushers 
  3. Shoulder press 
  4. Goblet squat to block raise

 

After each 4 exercise do a Mary exercise. 

 

  1. WWII sit ups
  2. V ups
  3. LBC 

 

Repeat 3 Xbox 

 

Bunyan took over as Flo’s daughter took a tough fall after Roxie cut underneath her.

I don’t know if I will do this workout again. It was a little chaotic even though it was nice to grab the ball before Roxie did
