Doing the same routine over and over may display a lack of originality but everybody loves to cruise RT 66! Clark must have been using an out of date Road Atlas (is there any such thing anymore?) causing him to miss the entire Warm up.
Warm Up
SSH, TS, ST, WM, CP, Squats, arm circles
Main Event
Mosey, bear crawl, karaoke, lunge walk around the parking lot aka ‘RT 66’ with 11 rest stops. Perform 6 reps in sequence of: burpees, step ups or dips, CH Squats, merkins to the block pile.
With CBS; IC 10 1/2 curls to level then level to up, press, skull crushers, upright rows, dead lifts, OYO swings.
On Six; sit ups, overhead extend. Plank position; merkins, 30 second low plank with leg extended, alternate sides. Bear Crawl; 4 drags of CB then merkin, plank jack, shoulder tap starting with 1 rep and +1 at each stop till reach 5 reps.
Top Gun; 10 minute continuous sequence of 10 reps; curls, press, SC, rows, deadlifts, squats. At each minute drop and perform one ‘blockie’. Pick up reps wherever you left off.
Return CBs. Mosey to launch pad.
