RTR – just in the wrong ‘hood


BEP and Burgoo teamed up to co-Q this one. They took us off campus, into Cedarfield and up the hill that is Stratton Farm. Even around the corner from there. 

We sorta stopped at “every” intersecting street do 2 (give or take 1) exercises, usually 1 leg and 1 core. 

In all, I bet we covered 2 miles and ended 4 mins early so theoretically we coulda gotten a 3rd mile in…. But that woulda hurt. 

Yep – it took 2 Qs to plan and execute the above. 

The Vailers continue to post around the ‘Tope and by signing up to Q they’re getting all the leg work they desire. It’s also injecting a few pax count numbers ‘Tope’s been missing for a while. Win-win.
