YHC was shocked when not one but two pax rolled in to meet the #SpeedyStandard. Cajun Cowboy, Lego, & YHC did a 1 mi w/u and completed 10 x 400s with 200 recover before our time was called to join The Blender. We finished the last 2 x 400s during The Thang.
