7 arrived at the Denver SVU fight club for a chance to take out some frustration.

Hill Run (Little Baby Hill)

 

The Fight

7 rounds 3 minutes each rotate to the next exercise after each round

  1. Bear Crawl / Crawl Bear
  2. 1-2 punch then sprawl (burpee in disguise)
  3. Punch combos with 5lb weights
  4. Punch the big yoga ball
  5. Hold the big yoga ball
  6. Punch the small yoga ball
  7. Hold the small yoga ball

No Mary but we punched out 1-minute of overtime

The strategy for meeting the infamous clown is to punch and run…or just run

-Continuous parking lot bear crawl / crawl bear was set at 3.25 lengths of the parking lot

-Pretty sure Retread had the hardest punches!
