The Fight
7 rounds 3 minutes each rotate to the next exercise after each round
- Bear Crawl / Crawl Bear
- 1-2 punch then sprawl (burpee in disguise)
- Punch combos with 5lb weights
- Punch the big yoga ball
- Hold the big yoga ball
- Punch the small yoga ball
- Hold the small yoga ball
