Ichabod has Q’d Viking many times for YHC so it was time to repay the favor. Ich, Enron, and Slingshot ran a standard and then joined Shadow and myself for a kettlebell workout.
Started with a lap around the parking lot and head to the St Marks gym wall.
Peoples chair 30 seconds, touch them heels, air press. 15 calf raises each leg followed by Rocky Balboa.
Repeato. Then finish the big lap and head back to the KBs.
Burpees x10
KB swings x10 OYO
KB squats X10 IC
Lawnmowers X10 OYO
Skullcrushers X10 IC
Curls x10IC
Overhead Press X10 IC
Lunge walk to the end end of the parking lot then run back and repeato.
Run the big lap again and stop for step ups(15 each leg) and incline merkins (x10IC)
Back to the KBs for 1 more round of:
Burpees x10
KB swings x10 OYO
KB squats X10 IC
Lawnmowers X10 OYO
Skullcrushers X10 IC
Curls x10IC
Overhead Press X10 IC
We passed around Mary where Slingshot introduced a new variation of WW2s that I will definitely use again.
