Walking curls to the next level – be sure to count and remember how many. Mosey to the top of the deck, down the stairs, up the deck to the KBs.
Walking skull crushers to the next turn. KBs down.
Mosey to top, down the stairs, to the KBs.
Walking shoulder press. Mosey.
Take the KBs down the stairs and out front.
Partner up by KB weight for a series of exercises, flapjack each time:
- Bench Press x 20
- Merkins AMRAP
- KB flies x 15
- Squats AMRAP
- Curls x 100 – ramp curls total
- Curls x 100 – ramp curls total
Hey look we still have time!
Repeato the top 2 (KB press and KB flies) and flapjacks
Still got time? Line up for the KB caterpillar across the stacked squares in the middle, loop around and back across and back across again.

YHC threw this together after hearing from Crocs that he’s on the ‘rona IR (but doing well). YHC always loves a pectacular pec burner but also wanted some cardio/yogging – Perhaps something to do with signing up for the HH on Wed? Glad we could fit it all in (TWSS).
When planning it, the Q always has to have a backup plan ready in case the F3Counts is over 16 (4 benches for chest press, 2 pax at a time while partner does something else = 16). Today only 9 likely due to the holiday week vacations and some ‘rona in the area.

Ponch was a one man KB caterpillar weaving through the 8 man KB caterpillar this morning. That was kinda cool. Dangerous, confusing, but cool and I’m sure the onlookers took note while stopped at the red light (ya know – cuz they can’t turn right on red, right TG?).
