11 for a toxic brew at the Cauldron.

after a brief warm-up run up the parking deck to check in on Gladiator, we returned to the bottom to perform 3 sets of a number of kettlebell exercises, followed by quadraphelia, karoake and sprints up and down 1 level.

That was a lot of running for a Toxic Q, but i missed Fartlek on Tuesday for Topgun's Blender beatdown, and 4-Banger to lead this bunch of misfits!
