5:40am – Kettle Bell / Block workout mixed in with a trip to pullup forest
6:15am – End of time and COT
100 Merkins, 100 LBCs, 120 chest press, 30 pullups, 10 Burpees, 25 squat to press, 60 curls, 10 halos, 40 swings, 20 skull crushers 20 overhead press
