Today’s plan called for some hill & speed work. What better way to accomplish that by combining them. The disclaimer was given, the route provided, and we were off. We ran an easy pace to the dirt way. We ran a faster pace on the dirt way & up each hill off the dirt way. Then we ran an easy pace back down the hills. We covered 4 miles and 7 hills. Oh yeah, it was insanely hot and humid. Great work by everyone today.
