FNGs are Steak Knives and Butter Knife (father and son) from Wilmington. Great to have them with us. They often set the mosey pace and remember a 2-hour Rocket Bear from their last visit. Today’s session was much tamer.

The thang: In the spirit of the season, we had an Easter egg hunt. Mosey’d from station to station. Each station included Easter eggs, some hidden, some not so much. Pax found an egg and completed the pain written within. Exercises included, but were not limited to, merkins, diamond merkins, low flutters, lawn mowers, overhead presses, curls, bent over rows, sprints, lunges, carry in the groceries (aka farmer’s carry), Carolina dry docks, box cutters, Jane Fondas, Al Gore (60 seconds), WW2, dips, Rocky Balboas, squats, pull ups (as many as pax could do in a set x 3 sets), Freddy Mercury, LBCs, big boys sit ups, plank, bench press, pax choice, and that weird pelvic thrust thing that Toby likes.
Moleskin:
The Goat took us out. Thank you!
I appreciate the opportunity to have led this great group of guys.
Good hang at Caribou Coffee.
Until next time,

Great workout FP. The QvQ judges would have given you points for having a themes, audibling when the pax did their own thing and calling cadence well. Hope your family has a happy Easter and enjoys finding those eggs for some merkins and squats!
