Sally Returns!


13 men, including Freebird, showed up on perfect morning to reacquaint ourselves with Sally. Warmup:

  • SSH X 38 IC
  • Mtn Climbers X 20 IC
  • Low Country Crab Cakes X 19 IC – Q can't count

Q has Skipper to grab his phone…Pax was curious as to what was going on…

Sally makes her triumphant return…and the Pax is not pleased.

3.5 minutes of merkins and holds Pax that had not experienced that before wondered why would you ever do that?!

Workout:

Head up to Ash hollow – Pax splits up into 2 groups. One goes down Ash Hollow the other down Summit Ridge

5 stations

  • #1 at Stop sign – 20 squats
  • #2 at 1st driveway on left – 20 merkins
  • #3 at 2nd driveway – 20 LBC
  • #4 at 3rd driveway – 20 Hip Dips (10 on both sides)
  • #5 at 4th driveway – 10 burpees

Each time you progressed 1 station, but make sure you hit all the stations on the way out and back in…stations progressed as such (1,2,1,2,3,2,1,2,3,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1) for a total of 21 stations.

Next Exercise – group up in 4s

1 member from each group ventured down Ash Hollow while the rest completed an exercise.

  • 1st rd – Tip Toe lunge to 1st driveway and back while rest of group did Burpees
  • 2nd Rd – Bear crawl to 2nd driveway and back – rest did J-Lo
  • 3rd Rd – Backwards run to 3rd driveway and back – rest did LBC
  • 4th Rd – Sprint to 4th driveway and back – SSH
