Salty VQ


Thank you for all who attended today. Hopefully you had a good workout and enjoyed me struggling to count 1-2-3. 
 

We started the morning with warmups. windmills, toy soldiers, jumping jacks and cotton pickers. 

Jog to the back playground for max pull-ups and to gather blocks. 
Returned to AO where we participated in a three round 10 station workout. Each station was a 40 second workout with a 20 second rest in between.
Station workouts included: 

Jumping jacks

3 in 1’s

Squats

Merkins

Lunges

Mountain Climbers/in & outs

Curls

Planks

Toe taps

Burpees

 

after this a couple hill runs, an ab workout and the ended a few minutes early.

Being thankful and humble. Make sure that we focus on and thank god for the blessings our lives and show our gratitude.
