The attendance gates were on fire this morning as a large crowd arrived at Samson for the Elite 8 matchup between Enron and Stapler. What went down was worth the price of admission for sure:
WarmUp: Hofforama
Tip Off:
Stapler: we divided in groups of three, listened to some great tunes, ran back and forth a lot and occassionallly got into our groups to do some pull ups; reverse lunges, and diamond merkins……pax were sweating but mostly complaining!!
Halftime: Stapler clearly in the lead but the second half had its own drama……
Enron: partner up and grab a block for each set of partners, we did some partner work that involved one partner doing some block work and the other running back to the launch point for some rock work…..most pax complained about too much running……finished with a tribute to SamsonSuicides that did not necessarily "Wow" most of the crowd……again, mumble chatter was clear and evident!!
Final Whistle: strong second half by Enron closed the halftime gap considerably but it was not enough as Stapler moves on to the Final Four……

Great job by all pax today for what was a considerable beatdown for sure. Congrats to both Enron and Stapler for taking on the challenge and stepping up to Q and participate in the challlenge. Reminder to all that the final Elite 8 matchup will be at The General tomorrow……Rocket vs Toxic…….have we saved the best for last??? Enjoyed hosting at Samson today and always an honor to lead and be surrounded by such a quality group of men and leaders!!!!
