Couple things were of concern as I rolled out of the bed this morning:
1. I knew full well that the Chrismas Party may keep numbers down
2. It was 28 degrees, enough said!
3. I noticed that my PB did not get many likes by 515am
My concern mounted as I pulled into the parking lot at LFC to ZERO cars!
BUT, the power of F3 struck around 5:27am as the headlights appeared and even The Force snuck in from the side door to make up what turned out to be a hardworking 6 PACK of PAX!!!!
Off we go…….
Mosey through the parking lot doing various dynamic movements…..Circle Up at the top of the lot!
WARMUP: SSHx20IC; TSx10IC; LSx10IC; ISTx15IC

Grab a line: 10 Squats/10 Plank Jacks/20 Line Jumps/10 MountainClimbers
Plank Walk 2 lines and repeato but add 2 to Plank Jacks and MountainClimbers
Plank Walk 3 lines and repeato but add 2 to Plank Jacks and Mountains Climbers
…….continue this trend until we get to the end of the lot (one group ran out of lines but graciously adjusted….what a great group of guys!!!!!)
Lets Mosey…….turned out to be a FULL lap around the LFC lot (I'm thinking this is more than a quarter mile!!!)

10 Butt Touch the Block Squats IC; 20 Shoulder Press IC; 20 Chest Press IC
10 Butt Touch the Block Squats IC; 15 Shoulder Press IC; 15 Chest Press IC

Great group of men today!!! All in all it was a good, solid beatdown with very little mumble chatter and a lot of heart pump!!!! COT was good as we announced 2021 Christmas Party and talked about crossing state lines while dodging the COVID police. My early onset dementia kicked in as I ALMOST forgot to summon Snake Eyes for his classic end of workout prayer!!!!! Thanks to The Force for looking out for the old man today and sending the subtle reminder. When you hit double nickels, things can start to get away from ya!!!!!
By the way, the Easy Hangover Cure is all about what the PAX did the night before. No Christmas party goers so ASSUME no hangovers!!! Wow! To bed early last night to prep for the Hoff beatdown! Now, thats RESPECT!!!!
