Its the Second Samson of the month so it was time for Samson Suicides ( a workout that was born during the COVID Shutdown and OTB workouts at Samson. The pax loved it so much that the MQ decided to make it a monthly tradition. Its a good challenge, a great sweat, and creates the ultimate in mumble chatter along the way…..here is what went down:
WARMORAMA:
Mosey, side shuffel, karioke, high knees, butt kicker to the top of the parking lot and circle up…..
15 SSH IC; 10 CP IC; 10 IST IC; 10 TS IC; 5 WM IC……Grab a block!
Samson Suicides:
Start at the top of the lot and use each island as the turning point for the suicide run turning points. At each island do an exercise and each time your return to the start you will do a block burpee (Blockee or Blurpee depending on if you are Eeore or Toxic)
Phase 1: Exercise=CDD; Start with 1 at first turn; add 1 each turn; 1 block burpee at start each time
Phase 2: Exercise=Lunges; Start with 2 at first turn; add 2 each turn; 2 block burpees at start each time
Phase 3: Exercise=Merkins; Start with 3 at first turn; add 3 each turn; 3 block burpees at the start each time
Phase 4: Exercise=Squats; Start with 4 at first turn; add 4 each turn; 4 block burpees at the start each time
Return your blocks!

MOLESKIN:
Snake Eyes believes that many of the PAX have been scared off by the Samson Suicides and ranked it as one of the toughest workouts around!!! Thats saying something from that man!!!
Bob Ross apparently was not challenged as he has suggested that we add to the total number of block burpees as well. What a beast!!!
The topic of Hydration came up…..make sure you drink plenty of fluids PAX!!! We are sweating a ton in the morning and it takes a conscious effort to replace those fluids during your day so you can get after it the next day!!!
