After a extreme season of business that made it difficult to be consistant I was finally able to shake the dust off and Q the pax!
Started at The Green with the warm-up: SSH x 20, Imperial ST x 15, Mtn Climber x 20, Stretch the calves while down there, Merkin x 10, Alt Step-up x 20, Squat x 10, stretch the arms and legs.
Mosey over to LNCS for the work-out: Split the pax in half, 1's did Pull-ups x 10, Jump Squat x 10, Push-up x 10 and LBC x 20. While 2's ran down to Spring St and back. Group on Pull-ups seemed to get about two rounds in while the runners were gone. Next SSH x 20, Down to the picnic tables for Incline Merkin x 10, Dips x 10. Back to Pull-up bars for repeto of everything subing the Decline Merkin in for the Incline. Then Bear Crawl/Push-ups to top of parking lot. Next SSH x 20, Low Flutter x 20, Crunchy Frog x 15, Mason Twist x 15, Dieing Cock-roach x 20 then back to The Green for some Wall Jumps x 20 and LBC x 20 wrapped it up.
A few other pax that need to register…..DMV, Freeway, Magoo and Gurly.
