Pleasant day at Fallout for a nice easy workout which went something like:
WARM-O-RAMA:
- Short mosey with some high knees, butt kickers, and side shuffles
- Circle up, disclaimer given
- IST x 10 IC
- Soybean Farmers, Tennessee style, x 10 IC
- Slow windmills x 10 IC
The Thing:
- 1 Pax farmer carried 2 blocks a short ways, while the other Pax did:
- Overhead press, slow squats, full curls, bent over rows; all x 10 IC and all with blocks
- Repeat-o until everyone carried the blocks
Slow mosey around the track. At the grass hills we did “7s” with Burpees at the top and WWII sit-ups on the bottom.
Carried some tires a ways, they were lighter than expected; so back to the blocks:
- Block press x 30 OYO
- Situps with feet in blocks x 15 OYO
- Carry blocks overhead a ways, 15 skull crushers OYO, return blocks.

Awesome crew today.
There was a stray dog encountered at 0455. YHC gave him water and texted the number on his collar. Then he limped away. Awaiting a reply to my text. Shamelessly, we prayed he gets back to his humans. His name is Sarge apparently.
