I started Saturday with a Tabata workout with the M and 10 others via Zoom. The workout consisted of 20 seconds intensity & 10 seconds rest. We did it for 3 rounds & each round was 10 minutes. The exercises were:

SSH

High knees

Jump Squats 

Jab Squats 

Reverse Lunges 

Dips

Burpees

Merkins

Mountain Climbers 

Peter Parkers

That was a good start. I decided to go for a run to finish off the workout. I planned on 3 but then I decided on 6. Then I decided to run to the lake. That increased the run to 9 miles. It was pretty damn hot already. I have to build my hot running abilities. Not a bad Saturday.
