Mosey to the block pile.
Partner up
Block Curls while your partner runs to the pull-up bars and does 5 pull-ups. Then swap up for 3 sets
Block skull crushers while your partner runs to the blue bucket and does 10 merkins. Then swap up for 3 sets.
Squats at the bottom of the hill while the partner quadraphelias to the top and back for 3 sets.
Mosey to the flagpole.
Run a lap and do 10 incline merkins for 3 sets.
mosey to the flat spot by the field house for MARY.
