Last night I got an email from Clubber giving me a heads up to expect an FNG. I was debating a Murph or a hodge podge of stuff. So thank FNG-1 – Mike and Clubber, otherwise today would have been Murph day. Here's the hodge podge:
Club House Run = 1 mile (no warm up just like Murph day…I could still change my mind at this point)

Mosey to back playground and grab a block

Repeato x3 sets with 10 second rest between exercises
Return to parking lot for a bowl run (both hills from the AO entrance)

Upon the calling club house run the start today I received threats of thrown rocks if i call a Murph.
Lots of good mumble chatter today.
The block super set turned out harder than expected even Dandelion gave some hate.
