Run to playground in front of neighborhood stopping every 1/4 mile:
1- 25 merkins OYO
2 – 20 lunges OYO
3 – 25 merkins OYO
4 – 20 lunges OYO
Pax took in the beauty and funcionality of the playground overhaul which was recently completed. Several comments made about the faux grass and how nice it would be to nap here. Set was the following OYO:
60 pull-up's
120 merkins
120 squats
Run back to clubhouse stopping every quarter mile:
1 – 20 lunges
2 – 25 merkins
3 – 25 merkins
4 – 20 lunges
4 mins left once back so we closed with a Burp & Merk: drop down to low position of burpee, 1 merkin, finish burpee, drop to low position of burpee, 2 merkins, finish burpee……..drop down to low position, 10 merkins, finish burpee
