18 Campers signed in, went through orientation and rocked the first day of camp. Below are the highlights:

- SSH x 25 IC
- IST x 15 IC
- Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
- Windmill x 15 IC
- Mericans x 15 IC
THE THANG:
Mosey to the baseball field
- Starting at the RF foul pole with the first exercise, run to home plate complete 5 burpees, and then run to the LF foul pole.
- Add 2nd exercise
- Head back to right field, stopping at home plate, complete 5 burpees and pick up another exercise.
- Continue until 5 exercises (Mericans x 20, LBC x 20, Jump Squats x 20, W’s x 20, Shoulder touch mericans x 20) are completed, stopping at home plate each time to complete 5 burpees.
- Once you hit 5, drop one exercise at each foul pole, ending with the LBC’s.
Mosey to the playground and count off by 3’s
- 1’s pullups x 10 OYO
- 2’s dips x 20 OYO
- 3’s step ups x 10 (each leg) OYO
Rotate to the next station until all 3 completed (3 rounds)

- Dying cockroach x 15 IC (YHC)
- Low Flutter x 15 IC (Holiday)
- Mason Twist x 10 IC (BoarHog)
- JLo x 15 IC (The Geek)
- Low Dolly x 15 IC (Moses)

Thanks to Moses for taking us out today, as we lifted up those that really need the prayers right now. Great to see 2 previous General MQ’s in Landline and The Geek today. Out of all of the fields today, I choose the one where the sprinklers go off, luckily they didn’t oscillate. It’s always an honor to lead such a great group of guys. I want to thank everyone that came out today, you guys are the reason I do this thing we call F3. I want to give a shout out to Magnus as he will be the Flag bearer and Barista for the next month while I’m living in New York, so tip him well. Until we meet again………E
