-Take block to bottom of ramp and back up

-I hear growing interest in an upcoming 100% downhill half marathon. Never heard of such sorcery but I am gaining interest.
-Dr Doo was supposed to sleep in this morning but decided F3 was a better option.
-Mater said the workout seemed extra hard today. Guess he has cross country arms too.
-If you have yet to visit the meat locker give it a shot sometime.
-A motion was made to rename to “Boob” locker in an effort to draw more pax in. Meat Locker is just toxic masculinity apparently.
