2 Ruckers with RPGs rucked opposite ways this morning. (Not sure what happened)

4 Macho Men woke up to strengthen there minds and bodies in some CSAUP. Here is their story

Warm-up

Mosey to the parking lot and Sq. Up.

Standard F3 warmup

Da-Thang-Ga-Ma-Jig 

Mosey a bit

10 Mericans in cadence

10 CDD in cadence

Mosey to the field were YHC had everything half donkey set up  

Macho Man Soccor Field 

The length of the field (long side) Zamperrini slosh pipe/rucksack 

The Pax took turns -(short side) flip the hummer tire 2x, 10 Mericans while you wait your turn

(long side) each Pax pushed their chosen sand bag on the ground in bear crawl position formally known as the Seal Push. These suck!

(short side) drop your Ruck  Burpee broad jumps to starting location  

Now repedo back where you came from doing same said exercises  

Mosey back to sandbags to do Curls Bent over rows and skull crushers  Big mean found the heavy one  what a Clydesdale!!!!

Return all toys home.
