5 men showed for a workout named by the Pax….Second Monday.

Here's the set: 3/4 mile loop – right out of clubhouse parking lot, left on main road, left on road back to clubhouse. 3 exercises along the way….1) 20 jump squats, 2) 10 CDD's, 3) 10 Merkins. AMLAP (As Many Laps as Possible) format.

Easiest Q I've ever done but one of the hardest workouts…..funny how that works.

Pax did between 4 and 6 laps which equated to 3 to 4.5 miles.

Pax did some Mary while waiting for everyone to finish the final lap. Thanks for leading gents.

  • Pax pushed hard this morning. Tough set (fair amount of the loop was uphill) but Pax ate it up! Great work men.
