Round 1 – Carolina dry docks – Start with 1 and increase by 1 each time up to 5 – return to start and each time with 1 block burpee
Round 2 – Shoulder touch merkins – Start with 2 and increase by 2 each time up to 10 – return to start each time with 2 block burpees
Round 3 – Squat – Start with 3 and increase by 3 each time up to 15 – return to start each time with 3 block burpees
Round 4 – Jack knife LBC – Start with 4 and increase by 4 each time up to 20 – return to start each time with 4 block burpees
Round 5 – Zamparini back and forth on first stop, 1 overhead press and up to 5

Parking lot was light today, I went with the traditional Samon suicides, it’s one of those workouts that you know what you are getting. In my opinion one of the toughest workouts still around!
Gambani was curious about the order and reps as we started…yeah trying to delay us…I think we all were dreading getting started.
Drebin and Gambin crushed it today, had a chance to catch up with lawyer talk while me and Rodeo brought up the six, great work guys!!
