Segment 2 of Rodeo’s E^2


Knowing it's time for a signature workout, we invented E^2.  The second half at the estate was exhausting and hot, but uplifting with a MQ turnover.

So we took a lap around the parking lot.

Warmup

  • 25x SSH
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 15x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins
  • early pigeon

Then we grabbed blocks and headed to the soccer fields.  Because there were people on the first one, we carried further to the second field.

Round One

  • 10x weighted squats
  • zamporini to the 18
  • 10x curls
  • zamporini to midfield
  • 10x OHPs
  • Zamporini to the opposite 18
  • 10x skull crushers 
  • zamporini to the opposite end line
  • 10x 8-count burners

the kicker here was you couldn't put your block down until we finished the burners.  People behaved but it made it harder.  So we did the same thing coming back.

Round Two

  • full Cleveland Guardian lap around the field
  • return blocks to the safety area

Round Three

we moseyed to the wall behind the school

  • 30 sec peoples chair
  • peoples chair exercise 
  • fast one hops
  • 30 sec balls to the wall

and this we did three times

Folllowing a mobility period, we played frisbee as homage to Rooter for the last 12 minutes.  Old dudes won 3-1.

889 calories burned.  9 men better prepared and Frogger looking like he was about to pass out after a long run with Crabby and 98 degrees.
