Warm Up

Slow geezer style:  ssh, TS, WM, CP, CH squats, arm rotations

Main Event

To the stairs for “Stairway to Eleven”.  Plank walk up stairs adding +1 merkin each step to 11.  
Rt 66: 11 stops for 6 each reps of, burpees, CH, merkins, dips, steps, down under pull ups.  Navigate between stops via: Bear crawl, quad, karaoke, mosey, lunge walk.

To the block pile.

 IC x 10 reps CPRs, press, SC, rows, deadlift, squats.  

on six for chest press to OH extend.

10 minute continuous: 6 reps of curls, press, SC, rows, dead lift, squat with drop for burpee every minute.  Return CBs.

Mosey to downunder bars for three sets of pull ups.  Quad length of field to bank. Mosey back to launch pad.
