Four men met up on a nice Saturday morning at the Quarryhood for a workout absent of running. After Q sent the message that he would be leading the workout, there was fear amongst the ranks that there would be a lot of running. Even though the Q promised <0.5miles of running, most stayed away. Interestingly enough, all of the PAX either ran or walked to the workout. No vehicles used that morning.

- Side Sraddle Hop 25x IC

The Main Events:
- Black Jack:
- 11 Burpees, run to other side of parking lot and do 10 LBCs, run back
- 10 Burpees, run, 11 LBCs, run back
- 9 Burpees, run, 12 LBCs, run back
- and so on until you are down to 1 Burpee and 20 LBCs
- Animal Kingdom: 6x times of the following:
- Duck Walk 1/4 of the way down the parking lot and then do 5 Scorpion Merkins IC on each leg
- Bear Crawl 1/4 of the way down the parking lot and then do 10x shoulder touches IC
- Crab Crawl 1/4 of the way down the parking lot and then do 10x break dancers IC
- Alligator Walk 1/4 of the way down the parking lot and then do 10x box cutters IC
Mary:
- Low Flutter: 15x IC
- Rosalita: 15x IC
- Jane Fonda: 10x IC on each side
Moleskin:
- Kudos to Slow Roll and Pinky for running to and from the workout
- One of the runners forgot to turn on his alarm, which almost caused the Q to arrive late. Hence the name of this workout.
- Grip continued his beautification responsibilities picking up trash on his walk to the AO
- We discussed establishing a Go Fund Me page to pave the parking lot at Riverbend. Quarryhood is a fitting name since the lot feels like they dumped the rocks from a quarry.
