THE THANG:
Run ~3.5 miles with stops for pain along the way. While running, two pax perform 2 burpees and catch up to the chair. Once they catch the chair, 2 more pax drop off to perform 2 burpees and repeato throughout the run.

- Thanks to Thug for the opportunity to Q at Java and to the pax for all of your donations and for the constant encouragement and motivation. We raised over $300 this morning that will be donated to Purple Heart Homes and the Firefighters Burned Children Fund. Unfortunately for the pax, most of the donations came after the beatdown so we performed the appropiate amount of burpees during the beatdown.
