The Thang:
Snow Mountain Climb:

Start at first line, 10 IC MC, mosey to 2nd line (plank for 6), 10 IC MC, 3rd line, 10 IC MC, top of “mountain”, 10 IC MC.  Mosey back down and circle up.

Green Bay (Run in place, Q calls L, R, up, or down – for couple minutes)

Mosey to benches at flag poll

15 IC dips
10 IC Criss-cross jump squats

10 IC Carolina Drydocks

Mosey to covered area at buses

10 IC Wall Walk Planks

10 OYO Leg Throws (partner up)
5 OYO Power Rolls (on curb)

Mosey around back and down to the blocks, grab a block.

10 OYO Block drag merkins (5 each way)
10 IC block squats
10 IC lunges with block
20 OYO toe taps on block (aka wall kicks)   *return blocks

Mosey to Australian bar for

Mosey to the poles to evaluate for future workouts, RoverL, then LoverR, then mosey back up to launchpad
Had planned to build F3 snowmen, but snow wouldn’t pack, and we ran out of time.

Reflection:

There are approx. 25 bible verses that mention “snow”, but nothing felt reflection worthy…
