Sharknado! – Imagine a circling sweaty, chummy pax. Circular course with each exercise laid out along the way. Do one exercise, run around the course passing the exercise to the next. Approximately a .15 mile course. We did a shotgun start:

- 20 Carolina Dry Docks
- 20 Mericans
- 20 WWII sit-ups
Repeato until you're in a frenzy.
Run back to parking lot for a Bro-ga stretch: warrior and downward dude.
