- ?14 PAX for the Sharknado is no joke, thank you all for coming out in the cold
- The Sharknado is one of my favorite workouts because I see it as one of the best You vs You workouts
- Tugs is an absolute monster. Ran a 3 mile standard then just crushed the Sharknado and was the only one to finish all 5 rounds
- Jobe got his 50 burpees in beforehand and completed all 5 rounds of burpees to put his total at 110 (but I heard someone say he did 130?) either way strong work as always
- Enron was our DJ this morning and there were some complaints about the tunes, but I liked them
- The Force was there the whole time and anyone who says anything different is a liar
- If you ever get to watch Soprano do mericans make sure you do because it looks like he's trying to push the Earth down every time *bicep*
- Crocs did 500…. no wait 55….. no wait…. 5. He did 5 burpees but they were the best burpees anyones ever seen. Something about being a runner
- Strong work by all PAX this morning always fun to hang out at The Sword on a Monday
