It was hot and soupy as usual.
17 PAX showed up mostly on time including FNG, Patrick. YHC announced the route which was a 5.5 mile out-and-back. We mosied down Winfield Parkway to the Greenway, over to Rosedale, up CrossFit hill, around the Publix, past Benny's Yard Art, down into Melbourne, back to Greenway and back up the Parkway. Some avoided CrossFit hill. Understandably so. Most ran slowsies. Some didn't. Regardless we all got better today.
