20 of Davidson's finest showed up for the first dry workout of the year. The Pax also included Rip Tide, Seabiscuit, ABBA, Captain Caveman and an FNG now known as "Mile High"……..hmmmm.

ladder – 10 dry docks, 10 supine pull ups, 10 incline merkins, 10 dips, 20 squats – 4 rounds wth a lap around the track to rest up
4 stations around the track with a cornucopia of exercises – mason twist, plank jacks, low flutter, peter parkers, LBC's, parker peters, Freddie Mercury's, and because the PAX didn't do enough on Mon and Tues – 5 burpees oyo
