We moseyed down the parking garage to the picnic tables to begin the festivities.

Side Straddle Hop, Windmill, Long Snapper, Merkins and some other stuff. The PAX then ran two laps around the green area.
THE THANG
Limbered up, we headed to the basement to grab Blocks.
10x Each Arm Lawn Mower
Bear Crawl up one level with 10 Burpees OYO at the top then back down to grab the Blocks.
Zamperini up one level and Lunge Walk the other.

Leave the Block behind and Run down one level, up the stairs

Head back to the basement put Blocks back
Wall Sit for 1 minute with Air Press
Balls to the Wall for 1 minute
Wall Sit for 1 minute with Air Press
