A bunch of troopers who wore short shorts and high socks met the ‘Stream at Paininsula this morning. The 60’s and 70’s were well represented. Omega was the War Baby at 50! Great job done by everyone.
Disclaimer and Warm-Up
Mosey to grassy knoll on Jetton Road.
Backpedal up; 5 BW squats/mosey down 5 mericans, repeat intervals with reps of 10, 15 and 20.
Mosey to entrance to Jetton Park:
Wall inclines/Bulgarians/inclines/Bulgarians all x 10 IC
Mosey to Charles Towne Lane. Plan was pain station at all Stop signs between Jetton and Bethel, double time run to each sign, push as hard as possible. First sign was a little further than most PAX would have hoped and Airstream heard the PAX but no change to plans. Assortment of lunges, squats, mericans and CDD done at all stops. Repeat back down CT Lane to Fire Station; pledge and mobility.
Mosey back to launch for core and COT. Covered 2.5 miles some PAX thought the ‘Stream was confused and was Qing Java.
Thanked the Lord for today, asked for strength to be the right type of man to show the world we all have the light within us. Prayed for all the people affected by the storm and all those trying to help them. Collections are needed but it needs to be done right and with a purpose.
Appreciate the group.
Thank you
-Airstream
