Short Story

There were plenty of ostacles to getting out into the gloom this morning, rain forecasted, 48 deg, covid19, and it's 0530 in the morning for cryin' out loud. Nevertheless, 4 brave pax pressed through all of that! I was up really late last night planning this work out and working on the perfect name. Obviously the creative juices were flowing… you'll see. So a disclaimer may or may not have been given, but is was at least implied. At 0530, having not yet seen the HC'd Chicken Noodle, YHC planned to obort the traditional loop around the greenspace to go south in hopes to pick him up. But alas, 0531 he came storming up Summers Walk Blvd with focused voracity, not to be left behind, or shamed for a failed HC commitment.

PRAYERS:

  1. Wisdom so that we would know how to lead and how to best serve
  2. Prayers for many who are suffering through this season
  3. Prayers for our leaders who have to make very difficult decisions to lead us through a health crisis with severe financial implications.

Revelation 21:3-4 "And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

…hope you got your money's worth!
