This was my first Q in a very long time, and my first bootcamp post in about as long.  May as well have been a VQ lol.

11men came together in the gloom to share this most joyous occasion and support the Q…. well more to the point of harassing the Q as much as possible about his work at Burn Boot Camp.

The chatter started as I exited my car with four minutes to spare.  The bets were out on sports book on whether I would show or not.

BEP and 66 came in right at the start.

We began with a little parking lot lap then circled up for Warmorama. 

We did some SSH, IST, LS

We then moved to the picnic tables and di some dips, inclined merkins, and step ups – all the while being harassed if these were Burn Boot Camp exercises

We ran to the track to do some squats and Irish pick ups.  Ran half way around the track and did some sumo squats, and something else.  The mumble chatter remained strong so I called Lt Dan’s for the next exercise.  We ran over to the parking lot and did those up to 10, well actually 11 since everyone was talking and most were just walking.

TBone continued to not listen to directions and encourage more Burn Boot Camp harassment

We ran back over to the tables for some repeato there.  Did another parking lot lap and circled up for Mary – Box cutters, then reverse direction, pretzel crunches, suzanne summers, and some LBC’s.

Announcements were that everyone needs to show up to Fallout on Thursday and bring the chatter

Cot was had.  Thank you Turnpike for asking me to Q.  Thank you to all that came out and busted my chops.  It was a great time.
