Tagless started with short standard while the rest of us rolled in a gathered ourselves.
The next 45 minutes went something like this:
5:30 we rolled, did a lap around the lot then circled up for SSH, Dwight Schrute, Windmill, Mountain Climbers and Merkins. We ran another lap and then grabbed a block. For all exercises below we did 20 (either 10 in cadence or 20 OYO) execpt for pullups and dips which we did 10.

Mary: Eeyore called dying cockrhoach and Toxic called a type of merkin only he could do
5 burpees and we double recovered.
Best part of the workout was after when Scrappy told me his shoulders were smoked. Second best was Toxic complaining on and off to Snake Eyes for selecting Arnies this morning! Worst was a tie between the Failure to Launch which looked and sounded like a few 40 year old male cheerleaders flailing and the way the Block Web humbled me so quickly!
