We need to show the KB around the AO – Last person to hold the bell picks the next person to carry
Run down to pull-up bar
Each pax does 10 pull-ups in pairs while remainder of PAX does unlimited LBCs until everyone has completed their 10
Down unders AMRAP while PAX performs 5 tire flips, after completing tire flips return to down unders …. Continue until everyone completes their flips
Mosey to hill retrieve block – block over head as you run up the hill leave block and mosey back to bottom
3 laps of quadraphilia at top 10 skull crushers – last lap return block and back to top of hill to plank for the six
Mosey to wall scaling twice as you stand in line pass the KB back and forth and return to back of line once you’ve scaled wall
Rotate through – Loading dock jump ups x 5 each side remainder of PAX performs wall sits and passes KB side to side
Mosey to breezeway at bus parking lot – Bear crawl from start of breezeway to open area ~50 yards
Wall at flower bed 20 x IC DIPS
Had a Pax that needed to exit so we did a fast forward to the reflection
Mosey to front of school – partner up and perform AMRAP Sit-ups #There’sYourMary
