The promise of breakfast at Shuffletown Diner was enough to get four men out for a workout and neighborhood beautification at the Quarry Hood. One walked to the AO, while the others drove. Everyone enjoyed the reward of breakfast, paid for by Natty. Here is how the morning went.

Moleskin:
- Good to see Schwinn out on a Saturday.
- This was an older group with the youngest coming it at 52 years young.
- Second set was a little more painful than the first part of workout. To think that it was an audible and not part of the original workout.
- A lot of conversation about college life for our kids and decisions looming for those about to head to college. Sounds like Natty continues to plan on how to raise the bar on his tailgating.
- Always a pleasure to lead the workout!
