5 PAX arrived at the SVU AO to start their day right! At 0530 the Q called for a run. The PAX left the AO for a 1-mile run across multiple hills and found a sixth member of the PAX.
Upon return to the AO parking lot the PAX, thnking it was a surprise Murph, headed to the back only to be stopped by the Q.

It was a quiet morning overall with minimal MC over the burpees and beginning with the run.There was a minor PAX revolt during the second run. Dandelions 10 count after the first half Murph set almost put us to sleep it was so long then during the second set Skipper walked over near me to drop a bomb that cause several to gag.Nice job by Shirley running down the rabbit in the last leg of the run.An honor to lead this morning!YHC MetroDog
