Simple, but effective at Vanquisher


Too much sitting in a meeting room last week, I was excited to be back. Here's what we did:

6 met for the Standard (including an FNG)

Warmorama-

Mosey around the parking lot to the track

SSH, Soybean Farmers, Mountain Climbers, Arm Circles

The Thang:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3

Merkans, Pullups, Squats

1 lap after each round

Mosey to the rock pile, grab a rock

10 each IC: Low curl, high curl, full curl, skull crushers, 8 count burners, bent over row, and chest press (from your 6)

Mosey back for Mary

LBC and low flutter

Done
