The core standard was met by a bunch at various entrances at different times. Everyone loves the Peloton lady and DonHo is just jellybean that he won't have a six-pack abs. So many pax showed up, 22 in fact. They had no idea

The Thang

Partner up. The tried and true, simple yet effective, Dora was broken out. Dora's are great because they break up the exercise with some active recovery (running a lap) and it forces accountability to your partner. The pax did not like the exercises chosen.

  • 100 pull-ups
  • 200 burpees
  • 300250 merkins

This took the entire time to complete. Heart rates spiked, sweat angels were made, complaints were filed – it was awesome.

Mary

You should've gotten to the AO at 0515 if you wanted Mary.

Moleskine

  • Today was almost a Sharknado but YHC decided to be gentle.
  • Popcorn is so lazy. 
  • Estwing is now Sweatwing for the rest of summer.
  • Crocs doesn't want to be stronger – he just wants to look good for his wife
  • Possum took his shirt off and the pax swooned.
  • Memo and Twilight have commited to 5 days a week all Summer. Twilight is apparently Memo's son-in-law (or Memo is Twilight's father-in-law depending on how you look at it). No better way to bound with your in-laws than soul-crushing workouts.
  • Hotbox has his VQ next week at The Sword.
