Warm-Up:
15 IC SSH
15 IC Plank Jacks
15 IC Windmills
15 IC Mtn Climbers
15 IC Copperhead Squats
15 IC Tony Hawks
 
The Rampage:
Bear Crawl up the parking lot, then 5 Merkins
Crawl Bear down the parking lot, then 5 Merkins
 
Road Work (to the clubhouse parking lot): Indian Run
 
At the clubhouse parking lot: 5 cones
Split in teams of 3 Pax, 2-rounds of the following:
– basketball dribble down and back, alternating dribble hands (change at each cone),
– then basketball dribble down and back, stopping at each cone to drop for 5 merkins
– run the perimeter of the clubhouse/tennis courts
 
Road Work (back to the AO): Indian Run
 
2nd playground Pain Stations:
  Trail Run is the counter
  Stations are:
  – Australian pull-ups,
  – Skull crushers,
  – calf raise on the ladder,
  – pull-ups,
  – step-ups
 
Mary:
1 minute: W.W.I. Sit Ups
30 seconds: Jane Fondas right
30 seconds: Jane Fondas left
30 seconds: Flutter Kicks, pause
30 seconds: Flutter Kicks
1 minute: W.W.I. Sit Ups

Shared a Scouts lesson about morals: right behavior, wrong behavior.  Proper conduct. 
 
The inevitable result of humans doing their own thing apart from God's teachings and instructions is disorder, confusion, etc.
 
-Skipper almost mistaken my garbage bag of full of workout equipment as misplaced trash.  Wishful thinking.
-Retread brought the flag to the AO + a weighted duffel bag to run with.
-Strudel and Shirley killed the Indian and Trail runs, making sure we all stayed at a good pace.
-Hooper was glad he joined, even if it was just because he knew the Q was going to have a sports theme to the workout.
