It was Monday and the Force had just gotten back from a week in Emerald Isle.  So we took it slow.

WARMUP

  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

THE THANG – BLOCKS

  • 10x block squats
  • 10x curls
  • 10x OHPs
  • 10x chest press with glut bridge
  • 10x V ups
  • zamporini around the half parking lot, with blocks

That took 40 minutes, so we moseyed to the building, did people's chair, and 1 last glut bridge, 

430 calories burned, 6 men ready for their days.
