Small Rocks, Big Rocks at the Sword


Start with the small rocks – did various warm-up excercises.  Arm circles, seal claps, fly's

10 merkins every 5 minutes

Put the small rocks back, grabbed a large rock

10 curls in cadence, 20 step-ups  run a lap

10 overhead presses in cadence, 20 dips run a lap

10 skull crushers on cadence, 10 merkins in cadence, peoples chair

10 rock squats in cadence, 10 carolina dry docks in cadence run a lap

Repeato

Rocks back and brief mary to finish the 45 minute beatdown

Did I mention the 10 merkins every 5 minutes?

Again had the outstanding 90's rock playlist going.  Crocs still couldn't figure out most of the songs, but Q-bert was singing right along.  Enjoyed the banter about the various world issues and wondering whe things will be back to normal.  But thinking Crocs is enjoying working from home until next spring at least!
